That's the problem, I think that Graal Classic has this same kind of protection to their servers or something.. Since we can't enter the captcha whilst entering Classic we're left with a black screen or a disconnection.

Using a VPN works for me, and when you use your HotSpot (Mobile Data) it has a different IP from the others.. I think.. It's a problem with your ISP, I never gotten CloudFlare once I moved and changed ISPs.

I just find it pretty ****ed up that me and many others are experiencing this issue at the same time, I was playing around and randomly I got dced, assumed I just timed out and now I can't even login.

I just get "You've been disconnected from the game server"

Maybe you can fix it with an internet upgrade or call our ISP to kinda fix this cause I just use an Chrome Addon VPN which makes everything alright while playing.

Sent Dusty, Coco, Rufus, Carlito and fp4 a pm asking about this issue. Hopefully I get some response because this is really inconvenient. I can't access client or iClassic.

What happened like, is there a reason or something the ips of random people got blocked?

McCullough 11-05-2016 05:54 PM

I guess I'm having the same problem. I don't recall having done anything unacceptable.

Chat's off constantly, so couldn't have said anything offensive to anyone.

Guild's inactive, couldn't have offended anyone there.

Can't even mind my own business any more without getting shut out, :\

Oh well, hope the issue gets resolved.

Dusty 11-05-2016 07:47 PM

Well it's not an IP ban, could be an issue with your ISP or something.

Also not able to log in. Are you sure it is a problem with the isp? Other servers are working. Only classic and pc isn't working for me

login to your router's web-based configuration page, you can manually change your IP and DNS if you have a dynamic IP

If it's static you have to call your ISP and request them to update it

also, open CMD and try typing "ipconfig /release" and when you hit enter it will release your current IP configuration, then do " ipconfig /renew "

4-Lom, you realize that's the only way to fix this? Has happened to several people already, none of them were banned and it isn't a cache problem

I tried to help Relic when it happened to him, and this was the only solution unfortunately.

This happened to me several years ago too, I was just as confused as to why I couldn't log in on my wifi until I say Relic's post several years later and tried to figure it out.

Worst case scenario, you have to ask your ISP to change your IP. I wouldn't recommend doing this first, since powering off your router for a minute or two changes your IP in a lot of cases. But what Colin said is correct.

Alright this is my screen 80% of the time, frustrating to spar or pk like this. Solution? My wifi isn't the problem as any other game works smoothly.

The black line? Pretty sure that's a flash client thing with lighting, not really sure there's a solution besides don't play on flash sadly.

The line is the crack in my ipad, recording from my phone, brightness down low, lights off in my room. How do I not play on flash? (idev player)

Wasn't sure what the problem was, so I thought you meant the black line that resembled a flash (referring to the in-browser client) lighting bug or whatever.

Give us a speed test from something like this website and post a screenshot of the results.

Granted Graal only has a server somewhere in the US I believe, not one anywhere near you, since your location says Melbourne. That could be contributing.
