Terms and conditions for graalonline incudes that you are not to trade in game services or items for real world money. I dont really expect xor or stephan to side with my side at all.. More money for them, cookie has bought countless gralat packs... I can tell you theres not one major guild leader that thinks they shoud keep their hours, excet their allies, whos leader gets itunes cards from cookie too.

Its just an unfair tower advantage. Not everyone in the world can afford these itunes like he can. Things like this shoudnt affect the balance of tower taking.

That reminds me of "WALMART Dan"
This little jerk kid whose dad was the manager of a Walmart and pretty much got all the iTunes he wanted and bribed people to joining his guild..and he tried to buy project soul once for like $90 iTunes.

Voyage lead complains about breaking rules? I have pics of him noob recruiting in Graal City. Not technically breaking a rule, but it's as bad as lag blocking to me

Thats how we take towers? Itunes is cheating, you have to be a rich kid to do it. Recruiting is not, anyone can do it. Its nothing compared to be lag blocki or horse glitching or hacking. And we dont recruit log off= kick. Were not an admin guild, we dont have members with super awesome kills and our leaderis just average. Its harder to get loyal members an you might think.

You don't need to cry because I get more towers than you in a virtual game. If rewarding players with iTunes cards was against the rules, I wouldn't be doing it. I even contacted most of the staff team about this and they all gave a positive response that it is not ILLEGAL. Some big guilds hold events and get rewarded with iTunes, that for you is RWT? Heck, lets get them reset too? And I wouldn't really call it paying them, more like rewarding them. Staying countless hours at a tower in my view should be rewarded, especially after 2 weeks. You try to do everything to take me down, but I'm just having a jolly old time reading your posts. Good day to you, and I'll see you at swamp sometime later.

Yephenpeace 03-06-2012 12:05 AM

If his hours got reset, he'd feel like he wasted so much money.

Remember when Rashard ripped off some kid that paid him like 100 bucks for a gst hat? Yeah he got in trouble for that..so I'm pretty sure it's against the rules

Yes, but that's considered scamming. If he's actually giving them iTunes cards, it isn't a scam.

This is a pretty iffy subject though... I don't really have an opinion about this.

God 03-06-2012 12:42 AM

It isnt a scam at all. Its UNFAIR to every other single guild in this game who cant afford this. notice how fast they shot up with most of the players being new

Jagger 03-26-2012 04:18 PM

I probably shouldn't bring this thread back to life, but I noticed something someone said so I will anyways.

That's like saying people shouldn't be able to go to college because some people can't affourd it. :)

this^ only arguements i have ever had on towers/tower guilds are:
staff tower guilds.
And
To reset tower times because the funniest times for guild forts was when everybody had less than 1k fort hours. even better less than 200 hours.

Nabu Lapse 03-27-2012 03:34 AM

Only basing times I remember is when Venus gospel had like 100 hours and bases had just came out. Gooood times

Talon 03-27-2012 04:15 AM

Why is there always threads solely for bashing tower guilds? Just stop complaining and play the game. No reason to make a thread telling everyone that you're all butthurt that Reign of Chaos took MoD from you. Just go get another tower, if you had enough to hold MoD, you had enough to take another tower.

Cry about it, don't expect everything to be fair. Is it fair that staff members get to upload personal graphics absolutely free, while regular players have to pay a $7 fee? Is it fair that new players who want to get into the game get demolished in spar by veteran players? Is it fair that staff guild members get their graphics uploaded at request? Is it fair that players with VIP get access to exclusive items when regular players do not?

Cookie is simply using his resources. It is a legitimate way (as in, does not directly conflict with the Graal TOS) to get popularity and higher member count, be it unfair or not. Anyhow, if members are going to spend countless hours at towers for a reward, what would they prefer? iTunes balance or a mass of pixels on their head - no, a generic item for 1k.

Hate him or not, he is simply doing anything he can to get members. It really isn't much different than a staff tower guild. Players join staff tower guilds to be closer to staff members, people join Cookie's guild for iTunes currency. They both result in a large flock of potential members, one no greater than the other. Keep your complaints in the in-game guild chat please.

Have a nice day.

Not everyone gets scholarships. Some people aren't able to get scholarships due to irl problems, they have to miss school, etc. So if they want to attend college, they have to pay. And if they are too poor, they can't pay. Their credit probably would look bad as well, and they wouldn't be able to get a student loan.

Therefore, my statement stands at "That's like saying people shouldn't be able to go to college because some people can't affourd it."

<3 u too
