I know I sound sh*tty here, but tbh poetic got fired within 10 hours and I don't know how toad left the iera pr team. What I'm trying to say is they had their go. Apart from that well done sketch

It's like you can only be hired if you worked for an iOs server. Which is clearly proven from these two, and was commonly shown in iera.
Pimpsy has worked for all 3 servers.

I have to agree with Dizzy as well. I personally don't mind that I am not hired, however it would be nice to see some "unknowns" hired once in a while. Besides Sketch, most of the other recent hires have worked on other iOS servers or are "well-known" to some degree. It would just be nice to see more hires (in the future) made based upon one's application rather than pulling from the standard "pool" per say.

That's what I'm trying to Say. Being former PR's they have an automatic good rep AND know what just to type in their application from past experience. It's all based on background checks not on most of the answers, that's why many smart people know what to type.

I really don't mind that I didn't get hired, I have a very large hacking history. It would be nice to see some people who actually deserve it and haven't had their first chance while these two have already had a chance. It's like they're skipping everyone's go to give these two their VIP chances.

I agree it would be nice to see some new faces as staff but I think it's more important to hire the strongest applicants.

As of this morning, i have decide to pick 1 more cadet. There was complications with 1 of them so a replacement is due, i will go over applications today and announce my pick, tonight.
