It would still be stable if you hired the right people, it's just be hard to communicate properly between you all. But I think you could still manage. You're definitely a capable person, and a Skype group works well. So I think it comes down to why you think would be best for your team, but I also think you could manage that many people perfectly well.

How hard is it. look its easy just give each one a assigment. there done deal not that hard. and if you had 10+ lats the server could produce alot of new shops or zones.

the more staff=more updates but kiwi is right on one thing the only hard thing its finding that hard worker.

You have no experience in Managing a legit team on a successful server, therefore you should not be talking. It is actually much harder than you think.

You are comparing a non active server to an iOS server. That already just shows your flawed thinking. There is a difference between hiring Developers who work and add things to the game and hiring "staff that watch the players". We are hiring people who will allow us to produce updates faster, any server has use for developers. Even servers with 0 players at all start with developers so kindly, shut up about what you don't know about.

Anyone has a shot at being hired, well unless your record in game proves you to be not worthy (Ex: Many jails and bans, warning types etc.) Your actions within the community will also be taken into consideration because we assume that is how you will interact with players in game. Doesn't hurt to apply however.

Since my schoolwork is out the way I may take a shot at zone properly this time, hopefully I get through to the second stage again :). One question, will I have to apply again or will my old application count?
