Technically the graphics don't belong to you anymore once they're uploaded, they're free for anyone who plays to use.

If any of those technicallys mattered do you know what people could get away with? According to graals rules apparentally it's rules over power any copyright laws because it claims to own any image uploaded regardless who the submitter is. Meaning according to the rules copyrights can be over ruled by the graal rules.

Seriously, that stuff is crap, take it with a grain of salt. Just because its uploaded doesn't mean its okay to take it.

your wrong, this webiste had hundreds of personall uploads.
i could google graal heads and find 5 or so webisites with graal heads.
but not 750 personal uploads that people spent their time making for themselves.

Yeah, they're not really personal at all anymore since anyone is aloud to use them. We just have to go by it not being ethical to steal other people's graphics. There's not much we can do other than that unless someone finds a way to make a uneditable file.

They're just too lazy to make their own.

Because he doesn't need to take the website down. Graal Classic officially has confirmed that whatever you make will become Graal Classic's property from now on. Basically, once you upload your head, it doesn't belong to you anymore and thats official.

Same with bodies. Graal gave up the copyright protection due to the fact that most of the heads uploaded are recolored!

The creators would be angry. They don't want to see their stuff taken and edited have some people claim it's theirs.

Pretty much the creators can't give a **** anymore because if they tried to argue and flame those who took and edit their heads, the admins would ban the creators (And it could be permanent). Unless you want to ask the creators to refund your original head and have it removed from the game files completely through their email ([email protected]), that will decrease the chances of having your head stolen and edited. But that ain't gonna chance a damn thing considering that most graal head websites has your head files so good luck trying to protect it.

Whatever happens on the internet (Yes, Graal classic is a part of the internet considering its an Online game) stays on the internet. You can't remove it no matter how hard you try. Basically, once you upload it, your head is kept in a safe where admins protect and ban those that try to take their stuff out of it.

Lemme cut it short for you... Once you upload the head: It becomes everyone's head to use... Theres no more signs of your head anymore on it... You could however put initials or something on your head considering its yours (Like your name is listed on the head itself or maybe glasses that has a .gif where it says your initials on the glasses)

i didnt like how he put our custom stuff on the website but the wesite wasnt all about our custom heads and stuff he had a guide to taking towers, where computers to verse in rps for a hat were and i think he also had some other stuff

(im also kinda surpised someones gotten this famous just from making a website with cutom heads and stuff XD on it most of graal know of him)

The mass evil has returned with what I hear is a new website name is www.soulslayer.graal-info.com it still has our heads bodies and maybe shields (he's working on it I hear) how do we stop him?! Or can we?

Well the link doesn't work for me right now. As for stopping him, it's not an easy task for the average Graal player. If an admin were to talk to him about it, then he might reconsider. However, I doubt staff will get involved in something like this since he's not violating any of the Graal rules that I know of.

And after I used the feedback on his old site to please take down my head politely he puts it up on this one..I don't think anyone could really stop him at this point.We'd have to hack the site and delete it but Idk anyone who can do that.
