I dont think this is what TWIZ was implying. How bout we dont start any arguments on this thread. If you applied, it will just make you look bad.

I just want to state that i would appreciate it very much if the application readers, cover up the names before they read the answer to the questions so that the people with the best answers get the job, not the people who are friends with the readers. If you don't want non-helping pr's i would use this technique. Plus some people even asked me what pr's do after they applied -.- That's telling me that they are only applying to do whatever they want and say they are an admin. Even though you do hire people who deserve it, I just want everyone to have a chance. Thanks for listening.

Kane is doing the hiring, and Kane hardly has favorites...excluding PI...but 90% of PI members are all ready admins and like the other two aren't even applying. so its fair game this hiring session.

Im about 98% sure he isnt doing all the work by himself. There are 2 other pr Admins and i think they would help and other people also. That would be a tremendous amount of work. The first time I looked at the Era section when the application just came bout, there were over 130 people on it. LOL. Whoever is reading the applications i wish you the best of luck!

The last batch of PRs that I hired were none of my friends. I'm really not understanding why everyone thinks we hire friends and or online gf/bf.

and also I wouldn't recommend my friends to be Staff Members. The friends I have on iEra are too much like me (do we really want more people like me to be staff members? lol)

I think hardly any admin's play favourites. There is still a few but they are properly right for the job;)

Ya I know what you mean, ive seen some problems though with the friends thing but ill just look the other way since it was in the past. Ill admit your a pretty chill administrator, i just dont like people who abuse their powers that dont help the players. Like without the players, this game wouldn't exist.

How many members were there that read the applications, or is that confidential?

Trust me a lot of people:\ Half of them are noobs and the other are properly actually a chance;)

its not about luck becuz they dont just pick randomly. they read them all and choose the best applications.

Exactly. People get chosen based on experience and maturity, it doesn't matter if a certain number of players want you to become a PR.
