As a senior dev these are my steps when looking for a job when looking at that listing:

1. OOO small company and MMO - that can be fun but a lot of work
2. Hmmmm no listing of compensation but that can be normal...
3. Asking for a lot...
4. Nothing about company culture...
5. What is toonslab?
6. Google search... oh...
7. Oh look at all these other listings for a very demanding list of qualifications and more established companies that actually have a website with some information

I think you have to look at it from a "never been a senior dev"'s pov. You gotta start somewhere right? Maybe someone who wants even more experience will go along and apply.

AFK... then get reconnect screen... reconnect and now you are in a different place.

If it does the fake disconnect for afk you shouldn't get warped to angel clan/swamp.

Never happened to me in all the times I experienced it, maybe you're AFKing in a spar room or somewhere else?

Sometimes I walk away and sometimes people who I am talking to as well. Why the heck should people even be warped? I get the concept but it is a terrible way to handle it.

I believe the bug should be fixed now so it warps you back to where you were properly.

I don't see how they can't buy a better server other than them being cheap and not caring about the playerbase at all cus everyone keeps paying anyways

10 min later, died in MoD flag room, (luckily) spawned under MoD fountain.

You still respawn outside, but sometimes when you re-enter the tower too quick, it warps you to a random unstick. At least that's what is happening to me.

Also, idk if it's just me, but "unstickme" seems to be broken. "Unstuck me" works though.

So it was a separate change (not related to the idle system) that appears to have been causing the issue. It would occur when going in and out of a level not just limited to forts.

It's actually much better than it normally is with 4k people. My average ping is way down since they implemented this.

It's a nice improvement. But the lag today was still not very good though, by any means, at all.
