Yeah I have to report a bug here, you see I've been seeing a lot of Butterflies, LadyBugs, Worms, crawling around Classic and I think something should be done about this, too many darn bugs.

Also, green hairstreak (NEVER seen one). And finally - why are the agrias butterflies suddenly so common in onnet forest, and will we be seeing spiders this autumn? |

I have to bring this up. Speaking on behalf of all bee farmers, you fixed a bug recently that involved using your mount immediately after using the net. Doing this gave people multiple chances to catch bees, but it also caused a lot of glitches including players becoming invisible for a short period and players unknowingly moving through walls and stuff. So it's no surprise that it needed to be fixed. But I'm not done yet. Shortly after this bug was fixed, it was pointed out to me by someone that the lantern could also be used to "interrupt" the net, which allowed the bee catching method to still work. I was very disappointed to later notice that the lantern (and every other item) could no longer be used to interrupt the net.
Now, my question is: Did you guys know people were using this bug to assist them in bee farming? If so, was it your intention to no longer allow people to do this? The problem here is that due to lag, it's pretty much impossible to catch a bee on the first attempt every time. This is less to do with player skill, and more to do with something that is out of our control. If in fact you didn't intend to stop players from using this method, then it would be nice if you could find a work-around solution. Maybe shorten the time between using the net and being able to move. Or make it so bees slow down a bit when a net is used in their proximity. You've (perhaps unknowingly) upset a lot of people with this change, and it would be nice to get an official response regarding this. |
Yup, people have been very surprisingly vocal about not being able to exploit glitches in order to catch bees faster/easier than was intended.

And I guess I'm particularly ..miffed.. because I've been playing Graal a long time and there was a time when I could make up to 10k an hour farming gralats in balamb. Then you guys took away balamb, fine, so people just used other grass areas. Still could pull in 5-7k an hour. Then you guys change how gralats spawn, significantly reducing the spawn rate of gralats. When I found this bee farming method, I was happy because I could make gralats at a decent pace (though still nowhere near what I used to be able to make). And once again history repeats itself. It feels like you just want us to buy gralat packs. And believe me, I've spent a lot of money on gralat packs. More than I'm willing to admit. -_- |

I understand it sucks for games to change stuff sometimes but Classic is really mature and good about keeping the game fair so I would just get over it if I were you |
