To help clear up some confusion.In Ebizou we don't give perm to anyone who is not decent at basing and loyal. Also I have a feeling this was made for his own personal gang not Ebizou.

First why would he need a thread to recruit for Ebizou? He hasn't actually got the powers for recruiting for all the Ebizou gangs. Second it wasn't his fault most people got confused because they all just assumed without asking or checking if they were right.
