Mephs the ga? I had no idea. Lol, sorry. Also, I think the Acr needs to take a hit...it's so cheap.
And to whoever said bamboo needs to have the same stats as saber, except 2 less damage: no. Bamboo should not deflect. Everything else would be fine though

Buff the MK23's. They're useless. Decrease the freeze and sleep, to compensate lower the damage by one or two.

Oh look it was nerfed again. Ally/gang member ballets don't reflect and the reflect rate was lowered!

Same as umbrella! Saber/umbrella is like any other normal melee in era.. We can officially compare the two items with a frippin machete now :/
