It wouldn't be too hard to make moves for him. He'd be a variant of the Samus character (moves). Charging, Shoot, Jump, A combo Melee attack, A running shoulder attack, etc. Then you could have some random attacks you recieve from bosses. Not hard.

Zero would be much more interesting though. Imagine the controls to be a mixture of Samus and Link.

Or just give him various special weapons he has acquired from robot masters in the past.... There are more than enough special weapons that would work very well...

They are infact releasing a new one, for the 3DS. It is set for release around late 2013.

I might hold off on this one, brawl wasn't as great in my opinion as I thought it would be. Personally I still think melee holds the crown as the best smash bros yet.
