But wait what will happen when 100 ranked guilds have 1k fort hours? I hope other guild activities could be added in.

Who cares they will move on and not care after awhile. Just like any other tower update we just take it in and before they did this and everyone didn't care just moved on.

Alright I'm going to compile everything I think should happen here.

1. Top 50 leaderboards so it's an actual challenge to get on the board.

2. Reset all fb guilds to 0. They're embarrassments to real guilds, and now get mistaked for being good guilds by noobs. They're all dead and got there hat, so the noobs will have nothing to cry about.

3. Remove 1k hat opportunity or change 5k to something that'll motivate guilds to not die. If 1k hat opportunity is removed, slowly do it. Example: Let guilds with 500+ hours and are currently active still have the chance but noone else. I don't care what any guild leader says, they'd all be pissed if all of a sudden at 900 hours they can't get the hat anymore. And if they're removed stick with it this time. No generic prize is needed.

4. This one is really off topic but change all tower hps and spawns back, towering is a joke now, quantity noobs favored over quality players.

I haven't seen any FB guilds that are passed 1,000 hours doing towers at all.

Let people riot and complain about their hats being taken away is what I'm saying. In a democracy not everyone has to agree with everything. Which of course history has shown, there have been riots and marches, etc of whatever it may be in the past but the government did it anyway. Why? Because it's what is best and what a majority may want.

Now say tomorrow, you woke up and all forms of alcohol were made illegal. Surely a lot of people won't be too thrilled to hear it, but there would be less issues when it comes to drunk driving. (Yes, I know alcohol was once illegal and there were underground speak easys and all sorts of gang chaos related to alcohol but this is a game where you can't just simply smuggle 1k hats.)

Again, if I were a serious tower taker who would tower for sport instead of hats I would take major advantage of these petty riots where I'd imagine almost every guild occupying a fort would abandon their posts to riot. I would gather up my other serious tower taking and/or PK buddies and paint the entire map with a different design. Build up support from other serious tower takers (by serious meaning: for the sake of just having a fort) and have them join and eventually work our way up to the top. Simple without competition. You could say it's cheap, but I would call it smart.

No. Just remove it right away. They would still get their damn 1k hat. Just get rid of it right away, no matter how close to 1k they are. They shouldnt just stop at 1k.

Honey Badger lol by xor taking the guilds means thy still exist, under the name just an unknown account owns it and they are removed by leaderboards. Like how Siber was inactive so he was removed from pk leaderboards his scoring still exists, and his pks still exists. And SoN doesn't have legit hours they just recruit from burger refuge and fill subs and they have like 30 members helping at one time.

The point of the 1k hat to most peoples perspective is the look of there character and exclusiveness. Since graal only offers a hat which is the most used accessory. Also its free and only cost loyalty. Since most of the time people join but still don't get hat. :unsure:

these days, old FB guilds have no activity... *cough* except when pigparty and his members take leadership of an fb guild with 100-300hrs from fb server and finishes them off to 1k to get 5+ hats *COUGH*

Yeah they kept going pass 1k but when the facebook server was shut down they died because they couldn't handle the iPhone server anymore.
