I honestly think this is a splendid idea. In fact, I was planning on doing something like this with Delteria. I think ALL servers should have something like this. Why?

Because with the decline of skilled Developers which mainly and truthfully came from PC Graal servers, there would be no other easy way to "cultivate" potential developers. You gain 3 benefits from this.

1) Offer learning opportunities and training to those interested
2) Those interested can eventually get at a level worth being a part of the staff team
3) The works and pieces along the entire way can benefit the server content wise

I personally think it should spread out further to ALL the types of Developers...

But anyway, Good goood gooooood system! Although I can't actually contribute content wise to iZone, I would be humbled and quite happy to offer my knowledge and assistance to help train those that are interested, so that THEY instead can grow and work eventually for you! The fact that the Initiative and now the Avant-Garde exists is a great benefit to all of Graal due to its intended long-term benefit/goals (in the case that it remains as professional and newcomer friendly as possible)

I have few questions:
What if I/a person likes making stuff for game but never really has the time to create stuff could they still go on forum(when activated) and post stuff made.

What happens If they miss alot of assignments?
(In email back you said they not mandatory-but here says working to deadlines)
So does this mean I could wait and do assignments I feel confident in doing, working to deadline and leave other assignments I feel I'll never be at the standard of others at? as others still will do some work, I'm sure.

The main thing with me is I rarely have time to create graphics with Working Etc.. But I like creating my own graphics and trying to help servers by making graphics for them when I have time.

Weren't you banned for saying a staff member was racist (staff harassment) then constantly creating new accounts to login and spam it at unstick? (Ban evasion)

I have a feeling, there's no way I'll ever be part of this god forsaked staff team. Anyone desperate enough to use THIS ugly tileset better just leave. Good idea though!

Was banned for offmap, then only created loads of accs somehow(not jb) because I saw staff member being racist (staff harassment-give your head a wobble) and also the fact the staff member dragged me back onto map and banned me 10minutes later when I was in main bit of map...Anyways that doesn't mean I can't contribute graphics.
