I hate windows 8 too. Windows 8 was for the surface not for a computer.

I just don't see why you guys are hating so early we still have months till we can buy it. And if you guys don't want to see the the cod, madden, and forza then suck it up. Really this is all you are really going to get. Because not many new franchises are going to pop up.

And what if Sony decides to do the same thing as Xbox did. We don't know much right now all we can do really is just wait.

Microsoft isn't going anywhere any time soon.
They make tons of money off patent licensing and royalties alone. Every time an Android phone is sold Microsoft is paid in royalties for example.
Thousands of businesses use Windows to run their companies etc.

I don't like the direction they are going for the future but they have a **** ton of money.

Dunno why they should/would focus on the 360 when it is certain Sony is coming out with the PS4. More CPU power and better graphics=more things developers can put on screen and make them look prettier. The PS4 is already higher spec'd than the Xbox One, the 360 wouldn't stand a chance.

I don't know why graphics are always the main focus for people. They already look amazing on the Xbox 360 and PS3. I don't even think they need to release a PS4. You can see the big jump of graphics from the Xbox to the Xbox 360 and the PS2 to the PS3, but to me it looks like they just want to make it look HD.

Well more importantly the raw power. More processes can run simultaneously ie more enemies on screen, more dynamic objects onscreen...it gives developers less limitations to what they can do.

Game developers aparantly have forgotten what makes a game: the gameplay.. They focus too much on looking unnecessarily good and not putting enough focus in actually making enjoyable and well made gameplay.

I don't like your guys views. Its like anything popular is hated. What's to hate? Nothing has really been shown that much..

Xbox fan boy, so I'm getting it either if it is a TV or a gaming console.

I have a lot of questions about it. Will the Xbox One servers be linked to Xbox 360 servers like for the same game such as Call of Duty Ghosts? If you wanted to play on the Xbox 360 would you have to recover your gamertag every time you wanted to use your gamertag on multiple consoles? I'm just worried that half the Xbox 360 community will move over to the Xbox One and I really don't want to have to buy a system I'm not interested in. I really hope they make some major changes to it otherwise I really am not going to get it at this point unless something about it is really outstanding.

The gameplay improves from raw power. You can do so much more with recent technology than 9 year old boxes.

To me this was a rush shoutout to get people pumped for the xbox since sony got many people talking about the ps4 but I watched the xbox talk and really didn't see much i liked from the xbox 1

I agree. I have similar questions. But some are rumors so we don't know yet. I recommend not getting it the first day of release. Anyways they'll make a better version of it a couple months later I assume.

Guys Microsoft said before that they were trying to go with a box of all your entertainment. The specs on the Xbox and the ps4 are nearly the same. Some specs on the ps4 are higher and lower. Some specs on the Xbox 1 are lower and higher. Plus we don't know too much information yet. Maybe this is the best gaming console? We don't know yet
