I would say half correct. Not all the staff is useless and Its more of a lack of staff in certain areas that's more the problem. The rest of your post is completely true tho. Hats and drama that about sums up classic in a nut shell.

let's look at some examples of having useless staff members. read this forum. there are a bunch of threads talking about updates from a year ago. they never arrived. update your app. type. your chat goes off screen and the X button doesn't work. 2G ipods have had this issue for over a year, it hasn't been fixed. newer ipods have had it for about a month, maybe? no fix. look at the news updates. is there anything important ever in it? no, theyre just notifying everyone that there is a new selection of poorly designed virtual hats.

solution for all this; don't play the game

Normally I'd say something witty but I think "hats" sums up this server pretty well
