Meph bby. The thing about Graal is that they volunteer their time. They make nothing. Professionalism on Graal is and always has been a joke unless you're actually getting paid. Granted what I hear about Yen is pretty bad.

I use Graal for myself as an internship or training for my future job and being professional is one of those things you train for.

Well that's entirely up to you if you see it that way, but expecting people to remain professional is just crazy.
