Add a Santa NPC which looks at your AP if your good or nice and you will recieve 1 present if 50 ap (50% chances to get coal) and 0 ap (100% chance coal) and 100 ap (100% present)

so that poor graalians could just stfu of begging bout' presents like last year :)
