why not make a player hatshop like iEra has?. So that people can submit hats and the admins can decides which hat to sell for a year as long it doesn't look like a 1k hat, that would be a cool idea o3o/

So many of you are worried about the hats not being original when you should really be worried about how small Graal is nowadays,it'd be pretty cool if we got more land to travel on instead of see the land disappearing.

Too small? You got to be kidding me. Unless you are telling me that snowtown is crowded, you're wrong.

I'd love a place to roleplay on classic, i would probably play more actively like i used to :]

The whole entire map.

i would and around 200 other players would

Building a town takes this

1. building it
At this stage it can be opened but only role players will stick around there.

2. giving it content
Some players may check on it once in a while and buy stuff from shops
usualy when towns open up

3. giving it content worth coming back like onnets archery and yorks pyrat quest
A good amount of players will be there but itl remain deserted

How to boost the population:
Put it on map
Make a tower in it

I don't think you know how much work and time this actually takes.

Judging on your signature and how you are "Latte's #1 Fan" I'm guessing you're 12. Btw MrSimons is her #1 fan.

Why cant classic just make a single player type campaign that you can do with other people, have a story line, and add in unique different weapons? Like the sword button has a hotbar like era and zones hotbar system and you can obtain different weapons that do different things from the campaign?

Because it's not Zone nor Era.

I think player made graphics should be used more widely. If anything, it would save the artists a job, and they would become more graphics moderators. Coco does an amazing job but maybe sometimes it is best just to allow some of the cool and original ideas to be used that have been created by players, not just in the holidays.

One plus of this, is that players know what players want. (PKers want masks and stuff etc)

Although I partly agree with you, about using more player-made graphics, it could be quite risky. If we use a wide variety of player-made items, it may result to increasing the prospect of stolen graphics. Do you recall the incident with "Lucy's" graphics in the Nexus? All of "her" graphics were not originated by herself. I know, an incident like this has only rarely happened, and the majority of player-made graphics wouldn't all be stolen, but there will most definitely be some stolen graphics. I mean, even on this last Christmas, I found a few stolen graphics. Personally, I prefer the idea of only occasionally accepting player-made items, only on certain special events. This securely stabalizes the slight possibilities of accepting some stolen graphics, without knowing the player actually didn't make it themselves.
To summarize all that I have said, Graal shouldn't use too many player-made graphics due to the possibility of it actually being stolen.

Im the theif that hangs in the corners of burger refuge sellin stollen graphics on the black market for high prices.

I honestly don't care about hats, bodies, swords, shields, heads, etc. Other people do. Not sure if Graal would be protected by DMCA safe harbors for uploaded content, but they'd need to have someone handling takedown notices even if that was the case.

Also, my cat just made a stinky poop. Need to get some air freshener in here.

Is this seriously a 4 page long thread about lack of new hats....

iClassic players baffle me. They seriously do. They want hats, not quests, not anything to spice up this bland game, but HATS.

You didn't get the memo? That has been iClassic's driving force since the beginning. You want quests, go to delteria. Half of them are broken, but it's better than nothing.:D:P

You obviously dont get iclassic

Players have been asking for quests for ages

Eventualy gave up
I gave up in asking for quests for they are only made once a year or 2 years

At the point I want hats
As for quests you will never or rarely get done

deadowl 01-07-2015 10:13 PM

When I started playing PC Graal, Graal the Adventure / Classic didn't even allow hats, but they did have a lot of quests.

In any case, hats and quests are two different beasts entirely and take different skill sets to create.

Sardon 01-08-2015 12:18 PM

why not make quests for hats.
