Jesus... I never post here. Like ever! And I log on skype and see someone left a link to this...
Technically, I'm not GP. I'm often distracted making stuff when I'm actually on but when there are no GPs, I do answer reports. I never have friends only on. If I tell someone to report, it's because it's easier to find whoever they're reporting. I never ignore the "HI HOW ARE YOU?" or "WHAT ARE YOU UP TO??????" pms either. If I'm on, I answer them. I'm sorry if I accidentally skipped yours. :( - Tuip (without an l) PS: posted this in the wrong thread first x_x |

I agree that we should not report people by Pming staff However; I think all GP should have Pms on at all times to answer questions. I know all questions can be answered through email but that can take a while. I know Staff don't want all the spam but you sort have got to expect it when You are in a position of authority and You have a bunch of Pre-teens playing.

In the very short time I worked for Era iPhone, we used to get loads of reports, at least 2 every 5 seconds and they would only be investigated if there was a PR online. I don't know why, but development staff don't really handle it. It's not because they can't, because they have the tools, but it's because that they are told (like I was) that it's best left to a PR. obviously me being me I investigated anyway but it's just development staff are told to stick with development and PR's are supposed to deal with it. I think it's a load of crap.
