I'm trying my best to develop quests, but the thing I don't have, quest stories made by the Story Tellers.

Bad comparison BTW, it's more like seeing a pot of soup overflowing and complaining you can't do anything about it because you have two broken arms.

But seriously, what exactly are we, as players, supposed to do about it?

Or you know, make the stories yourself.

Before you can talk, the stories are already made. Matt just has it and we can't communicate since.... private. But yeah, he can't be on that much and our timezone is too far to meet.

Writing stories isn't hard neither challenging for a simple game. If it is, you pretty much lack imaginary. And the timezones is just an excuse, therr's always something such as 'emailing-

The only way we can communicate is by Skype and Zone-Play Forums.

As i have already said, its not my duty to make stories, the Story Tellers do. I am the one who develops the levels and GFX of the said story. So please, don't make my duty turn into Story Teller.

He's barely on. He mostly never responds back to my messages in forums and Skype. I already sent him a message in Skype and Forums, I guess he's too busy...

Pretty sure why he doesn't reply back.

Actually I remember how other staff members hated the management. Tashkin. I'm not sure about perfectdark as he took co-management position.

Thats not the comparison he was making. He was saying don't be a staff member if you don't want to handle the hate everyone is going to give you; it had nothing to do with players being involved in development of the server.

Nowhere in this thread have I posted saying that players have any responsibility to fix any problems on the server, or that as a player they can. All I have done is suggest that maybe if the server not having talented staff is your problem, then you shouldn't be flaming staff at every chance you get. There comes a point where the good staff the server has will get so sick of the crap they keep hearing about staff (even if its not directed at them) that they won't want to put up with it anymore and leave. Which has happened with a few staff already.

If "don't take the job if you can't take the heat" is your idea, feel free to bash the staff team as hard as you damn well want, but then you better not be one of the ones complaining that the server doesn't have any good staff.

The logic of this post is completely skewed.

Their wouldn't be an abnormal amount of hate and criticism if staff actually produced an enjoyable game and atmosphere.

That is like saying we shouldn't be criticizing the cops for abnormally shooting black people, because there are still good cops out there. Instead, we should just keep out mouths shut and hope things just balance themselves out.
