Mood did not know the guild was stolen when he accepted it, and even if he did then it's his own choosing if he decides to keep it. I even told the leader to not do it but you know those scrubs love to get a easy hat, so at the end it is really the Leaders fault for it.

Mood had the right to do as he pleased with it.

Late to the party here, but I agree with Thallen. Those are two excellent criteria for a good guild since in theory anyone can reach leaderboards(might take ages but anyone can).

@Bryan i talked to the ex-leader of Towers inc. and he accepts that he transfered the leadership to someone that later didn't felt like returning it.It's totally the ex-leader's fault for giving away the guild to someone else.

I've seen it and i think i'll wear it for some time since i only have 1 event hat that i got by complete coincidence.
