This has proven to be true. Some people can go ages without improving their art (just look at me lol I think I'm getting worse p)

you will get some experience = improve eventually.
gfx team needs to stop wearing their 'admin' head and have some experience with regular heads and start wearing their own hats all day.

i don't understand ur question, but
wearing ur own hat = you will know what you did good or bad.

the problem here isn't always about the art/design.
i am mostly talking about their imperfection with small things.

Wat? Its not because the side view is failed that the hat isnt aligned as it should
And its not because is isnt aligned corectly that it mean the side view is failed
