Not a single GP on the team has been playing for less than "9 months or so". Not all of them have 9 months of hours, though.

Yeah, someone with a ton of bans will probably not be hired. But would you want them to be? If they have an extensive ban history, that doesn't vouch for their maturity.

A few minor bans? Maybe, as long as they learned from them.

If a player has an extensive history of warns and bans then they usually aren't hired. Doesn't matter how "experienced" or "mature" they are. Would you hire a guy who just got out of jail five months ago as a mall cop?

Also, I don't know any GPs who have been on Graal for less than a year. But if a higher up deems them good enough to be a GP, then it's their decision.

The application still plays a big part. Also, it depends on what kind of ban it is.

Thallen has warnings and such. Probably because he's been on the game for so long.
You can't deny he's incredibly mature and would make a pretty good gp who knows what the community wants.

Another fault with the whole if you've been banned you can't become a gp thing is that most players with knowledge about how the game works and such HAVE been banned.
We need these sorts of players patrolling the battle arena and being able to notice those who are hacking. You have to know graal quite well to see when someone is using a 1.07 speedhack

@OP You shouldn't really be advocating for this, as you're the one who starts a considerable amount of arguments in game. You'd probably be one of the first to be banned.

As opposed to that Rebellious team you were on that got destroyed. I'm actually quite tempted to compare it to Northern Sign, but then again Northern Sign actually had some good players.

Classic, take note of this application since yours is as bland as white paper. Well organized and lists in-game knowledge that the candidate may or may not know, basic information about you, scenarios in which how'll you handle a situation, and what makes you the best candidate for the position. (Also creative)

Even asks if you've been banned or jailed in any Graal servers. Even if you have a ban history (few or many), if you've learned from those mistakes and "turned around" there is a chance of you being hired.

they should really hire new admins, fire the old ones, bring the new ones back.
for example; Sun is a great person with great attitude = should be hired as a gp (I know your a gfx it's an example.)

and give them a 5 month GP trial time, if one has broken three rules, he's out of the GP foreva.

He's not talking about online time. The amount of time you've spent idling has little to do with your chances of getting hired.
