It does, which makes the past system irrelevant. Well, at least the stats are.

The stats aren't irrelevant though. They show who has done activities the most, something a profile alone cannot show you. The seasonal leaderboard can accomplish this, but in a narrow scope.

How is what someone has done in the past relevant to the current leader board system?

The current stat numbers are just adding up to no end. What good is that?

Pointless to discuss, his participation trophy society won't come to fruition.

Keep telling yourself that.

It isn't about the leader board system. It is about players feeling a sense of pride in what they accomplished in the past. Is that wrong? Should that be condemned as stat-materialism? I don't think so, I view it more like a college diploma. It means little after you get it, it's a piece of paper, but it can tell you a lot if you wanna look.

Now there's a new way to feel a sense of pride. It very much is about the leader board. You get the same result with the new system. Difference being that everyone starts at the same level, if everyones stats are set to zero.

A sense of pride that is fleeting, and that does give anything to the player who cannot spend hours a day on this game.

Right, so every season, players get their stats set to zero and it starts all over.

Go play DarkRp or LARP then.

Because hours are the most pointless thing in graal.
.

connor thinks hours are the best thing in graal he passed 25k hours on classic and has 13k hours on west go tell him that

But why can't we just have the leaderboard take that duty? Why should players have to lose stats just because you want it to start off even? The stats don't even matter beyond aesthetics, but no matter what they won't start even, the players with the most stats of yesterday will have the most of the new seasons.

No, they won't because the numbers will be reset.

Can I hide my character also?

Bro If you can hide your hours why not.
Hell why not also allow players to hide their equipped hat.
That way its another thing that is pointless as heck when hidden, like stats. :D

You missed the point. It's that the ones with the most stats now will have the most stats of the seasons too.

I dont even get why the hell you're using the leader-board and stats in the same argument.
Especially considering if you give a flying f about seasonal stats you can use the leader-board, if you want a general overview of their total stats you look at their profile.
The two aren't linked at all.

How many times did you slam your head against a wall before coming up with such stupid replies?
