With the recent addition to Onnet Town General Store with rain related material, one thing that should be tweaked should be the rain crystal. I think I prefer the current rain much more than the rain produced by the rain crystal, would be nice to see it be updated with the same features of rain as well, minus the puddle making of course.

No. The "effect" items have always been very expensive. That should not change. It's the type of item that would be so much less cool if it was 2.5k gralats and everyone had it.

I give the weather effect item 2.5 stars out of 5. It's cool I guess but it not worth the price. Though I do agree with narc that it should be expensive I just don't think the price is worth it. 15-18k sounds more reasonable.
