If you read the Bible and analyze it and decrypt it to the very letter you'll learn some interesting stuff, even Socratic and other Greek philosophy. I actually made my own "theory" of consciousness (it's a confusing topic) and then coincidentally linked it to ancient Greek philosophy, surprising me, then once again linking it to pretty much the entire bible with the exception of revelations. That got me really thinking.

I finally realized that the Bible is neither the world's first troll with intricate fairytales nor a piece of evidence to confirm a man in the sky watching and judging our every move.

If you'd like to learn some pm me (please don't waste my time either, it's hard to explain this crap)

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, there are no universal moral laws against thought. I think you should buy yourself some bleach and your arms look funny. I'm not ignorant as I did not ignore anything you have stated about yourself, and am not closed-minded because I was creative enough to imagine what kind of arms you had despite you not presenting me with any data for me to pull a logical argument, thus, I am entitled to any opinion I want.

You're proof is invalid and in itself is ignorant and closed-minded to various degrees. Ignoring that various topics or personalities can overlap and gaining perspective in one can gain you perspective in something similar, thus giving you sufficient data to analyze and pull a sufficient argument for or against said topic. For example, being a riot team guard/officer while patrolling a feminist/christian riot will gain you first hand experience on deescalating situations, and defending local landmarks, people or businesses from riot damage. Doing so will also give you second hand experience and perspective about what type of people are more aggressive, and that those christian feminists were more likely to throw molotovs at you than atheists who peacefully supported more rights for women and were more likely to go door to door and get petitions signed instead.

Theres a story about a guy that survived a plane crash without his pineal gland. So cast aside the "your soul is in the pineal gland" no, thats what produces the DMT to ease your death. DMT may alter your perception of time, but eventually it will wear off.

There truly will be no more perception through the brain.
But yet you will still exist as long as time exists.
Somewhere, somehow, that cannot be explained, because if it is, it's wrong because it was thought up by the brain.

If time stops existing, nothing will exist.
If nothing exists, everything that ever happened will not exist.
History will be erased.

So this leads us to agree that your brain is simply asking the wrong question!
Does my brain live after I die? No, you die when your brain dies.
How about my soul? If you knew, it would be a thought conceivable by the brain, in which case the brain would exploit that ability to live beyond its own death and you would still be in soul form as the brain would be obsolete.
Is reincarnation the right thing? No but unlikely probabilities in mass quantities are bound to occur, again understood by the brain.

Religion? Again, a manipulative rationalization by the brain. In fact, religion is more so the manipulation of other brains, as it feeds some rather basic philosophical ideas except religion tacks on manipulation of logical fallacies. Can't read a bible without running into one of these:

If God is all powerful, he should be able to create a universe in which he does not exist in. Therefore, your Brain-Life shouldn't influence what your "after death" experience with "God" will be like. Nihilism is the epitome of the Brain-Life as it takes a perspective beyond your own and others brains, and views existence from a simple state of well... existing.

Putting any value or meaning into anything is not wrong, but it is very material and in the current world. Thats totally cool, but when connecting such ideas with ideas of an after life, they contradict everything.

Anything you do or think is temporary in a material world.
Anything you don't do or don't think already happened and continues to happen even beyond your death.

Nihilism is the best way to prepare for after-death, but maybe the worst way to actually live your life.

Buddhists believe life is a torturous cycle or reincarnation so they meditate and strive for good karma in the hopes of reaching enlightenment so that when they die they will no longer reincarnate, essentially dying for sure.

Then they either move to a higher plane (and logically do the same thing) or they exist in a nihilistic state.
