Typical American, you do know you share the planet with over 190 other countries who also have holidays? |

I could go on with ways to limit the ability of the flying mounts in particular, but it remains that this is simply a bottleneck with which to encourage community members to cough up a few bucks to get a (previously prestigious) ability which has outlived its novelty due to it being given out at cost. It may be simplest to introduce something different and leave the mounts as they are... the options are limited only by imagination. |

For graaloween, really just a mix of what everyone likes, but balanced to it won't be super boring, and too difficult. Allowing even casual/new players to get something.
Candy shards or candy pieces, 5 pieces = 1 candy. 10% chance to get a chocolate piece. Collect enough of them to form a whole candy. You can collect them by catching ghosts, entering houses (limited to 10 per day). There are different colored candy pieces, so you can trade with others to complete your set. If you have 4 green and 1 red, then you trade with someone who needs that red piece, for their green piece. To turn in your candies, there will be multiple npcs around the map. 1 candy = 10% chance for a treat, 90% chance for a trick. Collect chocolate pieces for rare items. 10 for 1 chocolate. To turn in your chocolates, there will be a building where the spiders are located (by master li's entrance) Top 3 candy collectors will win trophies and trophy furnitures. Top 3 candy givers, same thing (Melting Chocolate House) |

Volcanic activity causes it to become unsafe to fly on mounts, causing crippling steam damage to characters who use them over water. Actual flying mounts appear (not just swimming ones pretending to be flying) and trump the old ones. Entitled kids playing a game begin to understand that entitlement does not get you everything on a silver platter :P The context is not the point, dude. I mean to say that whatever the objective, it can be completed with a bit of ingenuity. If the game needs monetization, there's lots of untapped options (all kidding aside). Quote:
Of course, if the flying mounts are the issue, the lord giveth and the lord taketh away. |

I just hope the prize pool isnt so small that you're able to get everything in the first day like last time (or the time before that? I forget)

I have an idea but I don't think it'll come to life in the game.

as long as the only thing isnt the same candy competition with the leaderboards, ill be happy. i usually spent my time every year getting enough gralats to buy every pumpkin/jack o' lanturn. i had fun doing that, i had fun doing the quest years back (although I dont expect a quest), the grab bags were exciting, looking for the black cat morph was cool, but going to people's houses for candy got boring after a while.

Please just don't have that ******ed feature from last year where no matter how many candies you turn in you'd get tricked 90% of the time.
Someone last year suggested a pyrat ship filled with the dead pyrats from york tower where the tower used to be. You bk them and they have a good chance of dropping 1-5 candies. |
The days where a flying mount was op and rare af.
Nowadays its like every event. |
Wood be pretty cool to have a deadwood expansion. (Pun intended) because i feel asif it is pretty useless at the moment. Same with york to be honest, because the castle has since gone.
