Wasn't sure what the problem was, so I thought you meant the black line that resembled a flash (referring to the in-browser client) lighting bug or whatever.

Give us a speed test from something like this website and post a screenshot of the results.

Granted Graal only has a server somewhere in the US I believe, not one any near you, since your location says Melbourne. That could be contributing.

Used to never have this screen lag, don't think anyone else has it. My ping is usually 6-7ms

whenever I log I'm usually 'lag' free, after 5 minutes everyone just starts skipping. Re-logging every 5 minutes gets annoying

Where is your upload?

For comparison, here's mine. Both of us chose a server right next to us to test the speed, so it is as "fair" as I think it can get.

My upload speed is usually better.

In-game, I get a ping of around 80ms when I say showlag, with no real lag issues beyond what anyone else experiences with the playercount being so high.

What is your ping when you say "showlag" in-game?

Darkk 11-06-2016 12:25 AM

200-240ms which is usual for Australians.

Not as bad as I expected from what you showed me. Does that only happen on wifi, or have you had the chance to try LTE / 4G / 3G and the same thing happens? Is it just other player's movement, or is the whole game choppy / freezing? It looks like the former, but I just want to make sure since restarting your game apparently fixes it.

On 4g I can't really tell (2bars on my provider right now so I'll check that out later.) Other players movement. Baddies for example will move smoothly.
The former?

"the former" meaning the first thing I said.

ALL other players, or just some?

.72Mbps for upload isn't necessarily good, and if it didn't load the first time that means it's failing at times. That means you're going to have unstable experiences, even if your download and ping are good.

Did you choose the right server? I have never seen an upload speed that low.

If you look at the screenshot, you can see the distance between him and the server is very small. So yeah, he did.

Would new wifi be appropriate?

Your ISP may offer better speeds, check their website. Usually they are listed there.

I have the same issue as Dark. For me there is no solution because Aussie providers are dog **** and my area has **** down and up speed.
