Yep! First place gets everything. Second place gets all of the contest states (this year and 2011) and Third place gets to pick 3 contest states (from this year and/or 2011).

Question regarding the 'required state' details. If we wanted to make fill in the other areas would that be acceptable and/or used in game? For instance if you wanted to alter the numbers, would the in-game HUD numbers be used or is that information drawn from another source by default?

If you want to fill out the other parts of the state, sure! But I mean that stuff isn't use at all on Classic as of now, so would seem pointless to do imo. But you can if you want lmao.

You can post however much you want. Your most recent post will be considered your final submission, so you can even change your submission completely if you want.

If the normal size hearts fit in the smaller frames I suppose you can just copy/paste them over. Though I wouldn't make small hearts for the sole purpose of not having to make smaller versions of them as that's kinda super lazy and would be wasteful of space.
