I didn't say they were gay (most animals that participate in homosexual behaviour also perform in heterosexual behaviour) they do it for sexual stimula (yes they know they are having intercourse with the same sex) which just shows it's natural that same-sex couples can feel attraction to one another and it's not just some error in human biology since it's been widely observed for thousands of years.

Some animals are even strictly homosexual. Sheep would be a good example, to statistical date 10%~ of rams are strictly homosexual.

I edited my post and included an example of a strict homosexual animal, a lot of rams will not have intercourse with females but will with other males, and they are obviously able to make the distinction between the two, just as all animals that participate in homosexual behaviour do.

Rams are just an example out of several animals that participate in this behaviour.

Also rams don't suffer from brain damage or concussions their tertiary structures are developed to protect them properly and even double-layered skulls for some species.

@Colin, How can you determine if a ram has a concussion? How many fingers am I holding up lol... Cat scans aren't accurate when diagnosing concussions.
