Haha, it's funny cause a good portion of these "scamming criminals" are lonely 10-year-olds behind a small pixelated touchscreen. Not saying the whole iEra population in general, but the population of people that play only to collect rares. This game (like Jester stated) is a PK-based server, not a scamming/item collecting/Start Park advertising server. If the theme of the game would really be criminalized, then there would be a system for scamming, moreover people wouldn't frown upon it.
