There is no "perfect" score by definition. The targets are generated randomly, so even if you hit all your targets with bullseyes that doesn't necessarily mean you have managed to get the highest possible score. Front targets appear and disappear at a faster rate(and are faster to hit, with arrow travel time) than the rear targets, so if you compare to rounds with perfect scores, the one with the most front-appearing targets will yield the higher score. Also taking into consideration how many X targets appear(I have had 4 appear in a round), and if they are rear targets. More X targets in the rear = more time consumption.
Simply, the highest possible score would be if someone hit all bullseyes that were all close targets, and that no X targets appeared.
