@staff you do realize that PC is different than iOS and it cache passes?

No, we developers do not have any clue how the game is running. We just bump everything into the scripts with the hope that its running.

If it would be possible, I would find a way to put RC chat on my iPod :p

It's possible, I added such a thing on Delteria and iEra. Even usable for trial accounts (which the iDevices are).

Do you mean linking them to a chat window? That's nice, PiX has made an iOS RC i've bin told.

The RC chat? No it's all in a GUI similar to the world chat.

You are talking about the iRC which I made, unless pix made a new one. But I don't think that he made a new one.

Oh, I saw an admin (not naming) using it on Facebook, it got several tabs // Feedback // Development(I think) etc...

im confused, whats this community name thang?

maystro 06-16-2012 01:01 PM

same here sounds jargon to meh

Johnaudi 06-16-2012 01:04 PM

Community name: having access to PC using a gold acc and choosing a name other than the Graal# or pc:# ... Admins can use the community name for a easier summon/ warp... Or involving them in RC to know who the person is.

Dude1310 06-16-2012 09:52 PM

There is a client RC to have people fix something very fast or which don't plan to be online that long and so on. With the extern RC you can upload multiple files at once, it is less buggy and so on. The client RC and the extern RC are available for all servers where you are staff on.

The iRC is for high admins only on iEra / iDelt which are not on the computer but have to clear something up, set a comment (a feature in all RCs) or whatever. It's something basic within some other stuff. I did not hear anything about an iRC pix made, and again I doubt he made one.
