He is planning on removing it or why do you think is he asking for suggestions and making your all loved "vote"? He listened to the cons of Higbey aswell and suggested something else.

What if there are no players wanting to spar in the popular areas? We can't be 100% certain there will be players 24/7 wanting to spar.

Make underground and complex the only spar places. Most people that do boost go to the beach spar and the other unused ones. Which was my point

You're still missing the fact that he added it without actual player consent.
But it's removed now, so i rest my case.

I also don't see why Ken is suddenly interested in stopping boosters.
