See the one thing i hate about this website is people take this over board. professionalism means To me professionalism means two things: Putting a strong effort into being at work and on task and aspiring to be a better employee and help the company succeed. The other is to be professional in every task that you do each day. Seperating personal, from business. Staying unbiased in the decisions that you make every day. A professional, in any field, can accomplish work and tasks with any fellow worker even if he dislikes that person or has personal problems with them because a professional can distiguish personal from business.

You will not be hired because nobody wants to have to interact with somebody as immature and with as poor English as you. If you improved that, your levels would be what they judged.

Speaking of which, I'd advise you to make a levels thread on this forum and post your levels for some constructive criticism. It can really go a long way to improving your talents.

Edit: I'd also advise against calling Talon kid. I'm not sure how the age difference actually is, but he is lightyears ahead of you in terms of maturity.

They are needed it just comes down to some do their job better than others.
