Yeas it can just that it will most likely make others expect more staffs due to the just release of the candy staff set. Nice though. I used the red flower hat and made a red suit for it too. I went to the trade tables and everybody stopped and I got a lot of pjs asking if I was a p.i.n.i.*s. That was amusing too.

It's really a sketch from pixels that I imagined. It's what happens. It's whatever you wan't it to be, but I'm pree sure Female Organs don't have facial features.

Cool :) I suggest getting a good general outline than coloring in. Getting into detail with black on small things will make it hard to get good form in the end.
