Everyone's getting impatient allready LMFAO, apparently they havent seen the last couple hirings.

im not impatient, but just wondering, why wait until the 30th? u cant expect people who have been gone for weeks to come back, make a good app, and be good reliable staff who will always be available, and if your waiting to turn in your app, how can they be sure your really ready for the job? i respect taking time to make a good application, but isnt a month a little.. long? :o

also i dont think hours actually matter.. because ive had about 4 different ipods... so my hours are spread out.

I think they should hire like Christmas eve. The 30th is about the end of christmas break and I think the new staff should have a bit of break to get used to PC commands. Also, I agree with joey on the point that it shouldn't take you a month to fill out the app. At most a week or two.

exactly. let the time between u picking people and the 30th for people to get used to commands as jester stated.

you try reading 1000's of applications that 50% are nothing but "i be good admin hire me"

do we even have 1000's of players? :/ all im saying is a month is too long, even if they announced the top picks in february.. i know it takes a long time to real them all but the longer u keep it open, the more u get bad applications and more to read through.

Let them take as long as they need. If you can't be patient, you shouldn't be hired.

Wrong, the longer you keep the application deadline the more GOOD applications will come through. Those people who submit late will probably get hired. There the ones who take the time to answer every question detailed and correctly.

Notice it says apps are due the 30th. Not they will pick the 30th. You guys just contradicted yourself. Lol. I don't care regardless. I just think Joey has a point. But so do you guys I guess ;p

didnt it say on the first page that its about who is able to answer those questions fastest incase someone asked them those questions in game? ur not gonna wait 30 days to get the right answer,, ur gonna do it right then, as its asked. :) thats y i did my application like the second day,

But if too much aplications things are there would be too many pr players make graal unstable with no balance and the pr players might just make friends pr players its like alian babys they never stop one min theres 2 the next ther is 500 so what im am saying is id be too much prs

i suggest leaving you app as it is if you all ready submitted it, if you resend another application, it could just ruin your chances all together. They trash multiple applications from the same person.

yeah, I rechecked the forum and it said duplicate applications will be trashed, so I'll just leave it be.
