A lot of these are amazing and most of the ones with animation (I say most because I doubt I can remember them all) have such fluid movement, you guys are crazy. Really well done. I don't know how they're going to choose the winners.

It probably would because it doesn’t show the whole bubble which is kinda changing it’s shape because you cut the bubble and technically then the flag becomes the outline and that’s not the original bubble. Btw this is directed to 4-lom forgot to quote him

I really love that but maybe use anti aliasing on the letters and head so they look smooth (you can use aa on the interior or exterior or both doesn’t really matter since you have a solid bg that stays the same) and make a reflection on the goggles

For the sake of consistency I wanna say sure, but at the same time this is a contest and i do want to see original ideas. So I'm gonna have to say no, no edits of any kind will be allowed. You can try to make it look similar, but nothing copy/pasted. I'd prefer you make you're own thing in your own style.

Please just post one emoticon as your final entry, if you post multiple and just say "the second one is my submission" I'm still going to consider your last post as the final submission, which in this case isn't the second one. No, the bubbles in the emoticon template aren't the bubbles that are used in the actual gani, so if you put anything in there they won't even show up. Which is why there is a "not editing the bubble" rule.

Try to keep anything within the 47x51 size of the bubble. Otherwise, it would get cut off.

Need some opinions on this, difference between the second and the third is that the third one has faster movement. Thanks.

if ur gonna fill the bubble with yellow then u should probably make the shading yellow and not grey

True. And also make the shading a bit orange. Like how the letters in my emoticon were yellow and a dark orangey yellow. (Hue shift)

Looks a lot better now. Maybe the full yellow emoji could just stay there, like more frames with full yellow. And make the X lines thiccer.

you should try something like maybe the same animation backwards to end it or simply fading it untill its gone

The speeds probably not as noticeable but the direction for sure easily able to tell they are different.

When ur a pixel artist u gain the most intense ocd. As simple as my clout gang emoji looks it took me like 10 tries cause i had to fix a few pixels

No it's fine. You know rapid flashing when you see it. His emote had a nice slow transition between colors. Basically dont made anything that could induce seizures/hurt your eyes to look at.

Damn it feels good to look over this and see the non-toxic side of the community.
