That's a good point. I hadn't realized the goal was initially to allow people to view their own heads/bodies they were developing.

I made a new version in C# to help with that. It even automatically updates as soon as you hit save in your image editing program.

Here's an example. I scribble on the bitch in Paint.NET, then hit save, and it updates automatically. Then I undo it and hit save again.

A sign of a good programmer is being language agnostic. The code would absolutely benefit you because it's more about the paradigm than the technical aspects or language-specifics.

Downsider hasn't stolen your project. He made a gani viewer, you made a head, hat and body viewer(similar? sure... Downsiders serves a new purpose and coincidentally outshines yours).

Anywho I have made my windows version save an actual gif image when you right click whilst the character is walking.
I had to actually use another library and compile the library source and the app together to do so.
An example of a gif image exported from my app is in my signature.

Well he may have overreacted some, but i get where he was coming from. Imagine if you were working on a painting for a long time and put some effort into it, showed it to your art class, and then someone came up the next day and showed a much better version of your painting that they made, and everyone was 'wowed' and forgot about your efforts. You see, hes not thinking about this just as a tool to serve graal regardless of who contributes to it, hes thinking about it as an art medium as well. Right. I would be angry too if this was done to me. I really don't like how Downsider was dissing his work that really wasn't needed. Let alone posting his project on Gunderak's thread when it's about his project. To Gunderak, I know it's hard and difficult to see someone post another version of your work, but you need to be the more mature one about it. Think of it as a motivation to beat him. Keep working on it and don't give up.

I wasn't insulting his program, I hadn't even tried it or seen it. I read through the thread and saw the discussion and thought it was a bad thread, not because of the program, but because of the interaction between Gunderak and the people posting in the thread. Especially on the page where people were talking about the gani format.. It's a plaintext format. It's not like you have to reverse engineer a binary format. It's really simple.

Anyway, Gunderak has a very poor track record among the veteran scripters of Graal, so it's not unreasonable to be prejudiced. In fact, it makes sense to be prejudiced.

The pathetic part of the thread is the little screenshots that Gunderak was dropping all over the place just for the sake of showing off, and not showing off anything particularly impressive for that matter. It's attention whoring at its most blatant (Seriously, how did this thread get to page 11?) and it shows that he cares more about attention than contributing to the community.

Oh, and not releasing the source is another sign of not wanting to contribute. He wants to be the sole person credited for this, even at the cost of the rest of the community.

It's his thread, not yours. He can post screenshots of the program all over this thread. It also helps keep it alive and stops it from falling into the dead threads since if you edit your thread description people may not even see it where as to you put updates in posts people can view it easier. To me you sound jealous his thread has more views and responses.

I just contribute because I like to help out a game that I've played for a while and still enjoy developing for. I'm not immature enough to be jealous.

All I'm saying is that he dragged out the project far longer than it should've, probably to get attention and rep. I don't like that. His track record shows he's immature and more interested in attention than anything else. You should see his earlier posts on the Graal scripting forums; insulting veteran scripters and asserting that his knowledge is superiour to theirs even with his heavy lack of experience.

Sorry, but I'm putting it in black and white. He's been a black sheep among the PC community for a long time, and just yesterday I got a message on MSN that said he stole system scripts from Delteria-- some of which aren't even Delteria's, but are donations from iClassic-- and uploaded them to his own server, and was promptly fired. Just because he has fanboys on Graalians and the iOS servers doesn't mean I'm going to ignore his previous behavior and start bandwagoning behind this guy. The fact he doesn't provide the source throws up a red flag coupled with his previously notorious behavior. I don't think he's included anything malicious, but it would be logical to assume he did. Sorry.

I understand you want to help out the community and that's good. Gunderak could have the same motives. Now I don't know what goes on in the PC community at all so whatever was said in those paragraphs I don't know anything about. I'm just going by what I see here. I did not see his insulting posts, but feel free to point them out. You both made good programs and I just don't like seeing hate going on between them. Downsider, I had not stolen the scripts and I was not actually fired I was suspended per say until the issue was cleared up.
I was using them to test how they work and how you can make your own invites as such.

Because whoever makes that, I'll advertise it. That's the goal I'm looking for, I'm sure other gfx will appreciate it too, so they don't need to upload then wait, then find out about a little error in how it works and have to refund it and repeat the process.

The java source wasn't obfuscated so it's easily accessible.

I think this tool works pretty good in combination with your tools.

It isn't a big deal at the moment seeming as all that I have released is mainly the GUI and barely any actual source from the windows counterpart.

I merely notified MD that a bunch of content from Delteria found its way onto Corinthia. He made the decision to fire you. I'm not going to sit and watch while somebody takes content we have made and post it onto a UC server where it can easily be leaked.

What would the point of that be? You make these things on your PC. It would be a lot of extra work putting the images on your iPhone before testing them.

While this thread has been bumped I'd like to thank the original poster for this again. I didn't notice the changes that were made to it until recently. It's very useful when I test my customs before submitting them.

I know it has been a while, but I have been busy with work in real life so I haven't had much time to make random things.
Anyway I have done some work on the java counterpart. I am hoping to have a partly-functional version done really soon.

I currently am making a java version which is compatible with Windows and Mac OSX.
I have attached a zip folder containing Graal Viewer's java counterpart.
Not sure how to unzip things on a Mac so you will have to figure that out your self sorry ;)
Also please note this is not fully functional, this is merely a demo of the progress of the java counterpart.

It would take days or even weeks.
Also apple wanted to be unique and have their own ****ty platform.
And an EXE is just an application that runs code.
Weather that code be C++, C# or Visual Basic.
Macs can compile and run C++ and C#, but in their own way.
So in a way Macs can run their own version of EXE.
