a few of my friends and i got banned and they got all their items (hats, mounts, furni, actions, etc) removed from their acc, and i wanna know if thats like legal?????? can a game just get rid of the things you used real money to buy??

That's legal, it doesn't matter if you spent your money on the game or not, at the end of the day they're free to decide how to punish you based on the severity of your ban.

i've never seen that happen before and kind of curious atm. i mean i know hackers just get their acct perm banned and macro farmers just get gralats removed + ban.

I'm going with she exploited something. Just think about it, almost any game you play if you exploit something you'll be banned and usually reset or have items taken away.

i still dont understand why the items of their accounts were taken away. i believe they should be banned for a long period of time if graal believes the issue is so serious, and take away the items bought with cheated money, not the items that had nothing to do with the reason they got banned.

further question- is there anyone i could talk to who is high up on the graal team who knows a lot of information, because graal support is as helpful as s*** and id like to actually discuss the reasoning behind this with a real person giving me real answers.

The only way to appeal a ban is through toonslab.

That's the thing. I doubt they can tell what items were bought with cheated money. Even if they could tell when you got the gralats and when you cheated, why should they go through your items and specifically remove everything that was bought with cheated money, should you really expect them too? If you are cheating on that level you should expect your account to be deleted entirely. If anything they are lucky that they even will have a account to come back to.

Graal also reserves the right to remove any items from your account for any reason. It's terms and conditions.

Any game is allowed to take away everything on your account for something like this since you're breaking the Terms of Service which you agreed on by even playing the game (plus it's common sense like really).
