Destiny is really hit and miss. But to be fair a lot of games people like to play are pretty grindy now. All I gotta say is that I love playing destiny, hunter is such a boss class :O.

I didn't say it wasn't fun. I said they marketed it as somthing that is wasn't and that's why I bought it. Same with so many others. Destiny kinda planned to screw everyone over the whole time. That mentality makes me want to boycott the company.

In a way, destiny marketed itself as a single purchase game that would last ten years. Now , it is a game that if you don't keep purchasing their DLCs , you will have less content than what you started with.

That is every ****ing game.

Not every game you buy lets you play for 3 months and then introduces a DLC that basically ****s on the entire vanilla game.

Any other game has DLCs that make it completely optional to buy.

In Destiny, your vanilla game is completely inferior to the new game with DLC.

took the words out of my mouth. I am irritated when DLC allows players to get advantages in game, which is a lot of game. But this is the first time I have encountered a DLC that actually took content away (daily heroics, weeklies, bounties) from people who did not purchase the DLC.
The worst part is it was marketed as the very opposite.

I guess I was naive to think I would be able to have a 10-year lasting game that I would only have to pay once for... but they way they designed this is to make all non-dlc purchasers feel completely left out because all the regular content is locked and only available to the people who keep feeding bungie money.

The best guns in pvp are obtained from the base game. Yall just bitching lol

All previous legendaries and raid gear are now obsolete.

They basically said **** variety and made the new stuff the gear everyone will use if they want to get somewhere in the game.

I originally thought the only way to get the new Lv. 30+ gear was through Crota or vanguard commendations. Then, I went to check Dead Orbits gauntlets and there is my old arm piece bumped up so I had to buy it all over again. I really hope Bungie never does this again. There has to be a better way to upgrade current equipment instead of purchasing/leveling it up again.

I maxed out my gear and reached Lv. 31. Now I can find VoG Hard Mode raid groups easier. Speaking of which, I have beaten twice and only gotten the legendary sparrow each time along with Atheon's Epilogue.

Finally beat the Crota raid x.x twice on the last day xD

Just got the new exotic rocket launcher Dragons Breath from the first raid chest :)

Ever since I picked up Pokemon and Smash Bros. I haven't been too into Destiny lately. I tried the other day to play Crucible, but had 0 motivation. All the stuff in Iron Banner doesn't look that good so I'm not going to be doing it this time.

Yeah I looked at the iron banner and seeing how I already have raid gear for the pieces it gives really no point in doing it xD
