Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun is really good so far. I started watching it after I finished that horrifically sad ending of Zankyou no Terror. It really cheered me up afterwards. Also, the latest SAO II episode was really great.

Mahouka finally ended, and it's safe to say this.

What a great ending to Space Dandy. Everything was perfect, almost like there was no other way to end it. Man, the universe has gotten a lot less Dandy now, I really hope they do a movie or something.

Easily my anime of the year, even though I also really liked Kill La Kill. Probably tied with Gurren Lagann as my favorite anime ever. There was just something so... dandy about its tone. And it was refreshing to have an anime that's entirely episodic where you don't know what's going to happen next. The lack of plot is what I loved about Dandy the most. Never knowing what's going to happen next, never knowing what genre its going to take on next. It had that looney tunes, wacky vibe to it where the reason you get excited for each episode was to see what direction they are going to take it in, not where the plot is going to go. The music and art was also fantastic and I loved the world it was set in with all the crazy alien designs and planets.

Welp with all my Summer anime ended with exception for the one going into fall and Blade Dance ending tomorrow, my top 5 series of the season is:

5. HaNaYaMaTa
Slice of Life with a surprisingly good drama, good show for some small feels and a bunch of happiness, different from the regular Slice of Life-Moe series.

4. Aldnoah.Zero
That ending tho, nuff's said.

3. Zankyou no Terror
A refreshingly new series. Had a lot of fun watching it, but not a big fan of the whole 5 thing so I didn't enjoy as much as others.

2. Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun
Feeling down? Gekkan Shoujo is the cure. Sakura Chiyo with the best reactions. Thinking that the series is just some lame comedy slice of life? well you misunderstand the anime just as much as the characters misunderstands each other.

1. Ao Haru Ride
The feels, that train scene, that back story, that everything that gets me going. Love the anime, love the manga, still listening to that OST of I Will.

You watched that too? When I was younger I would watch it every Sunday on 4Kids and it was just the greatest thing ever. I'm currently re-watching it in the Japanese version to see what it's like (currently on episode 42). I don't think I'll ever get used to the Japanese voices since I've grown up with the English ones and I just love them.

Can't be SAO without a rapey vibe and kirito saving the day.

Told myself I would only watch 1-2ep of HxH per day, but that turns into 4... 6 episodes real fast lol. Im enjoying it.

Im also watching a series of 1hr 'movies' called Kara no Kyoukai. The movies arent in chronological order, so its really confusing at first.

This season of SAO is way better than the previous.

Akame ga Kill is building the characters up so you like them so they can kill them.

Yes! I was obsessed with it when I was younger, and so I own almost every volume of the series. The nostalgia though!

But the thing is, I dont like any of characters in AgK! I absolutely hate how they made every single character quirky. I also hate cheesy attempts at comedy.

Not so concerned about the chronological order of Kyoukai until I finish. I read reviews of people saying its much better to watch by release date than chronologically.

Selector Infected Wixoss is similar with a yugioh-like card theme

Selector Infected is nothing like Yugioh, even the card game they play is insanely different and they don't even bother explaining how to play WIXOSS. To even say it's like a card game anime is really misleading and you should've explained more on why it's similar to Madoka Magica because of it's dark psychological twist on a theme that is often portrayed as something postive and enlighting.

Definately you should watch Selectors Infected WiXOSS, one of those under rated series.

There's only one arc I can think of that comes next in the manga that the can do for a second season. The rest are just fillers unless they skip those like in the first season and go straight to chapter 120 for actual plot development on the pendant and keys.

Akame ga kill just keeps getting better :D sucks how the episodes are only like 20 something minutes and the waiting time is a week though D:

Once you pick up 15+ series a season to watch, the week feels a bit shorter since you usually get 1-4 anime a day, everyday.

I usually watch around 20, that's the airing ones all in one day. This past week was very small for me, around 6 shows. I hate waiting between seasons

If it censors the mutant cockroachs getting killed then yes it is a blu ray series. Although theres a german guy in it called Adolf

It DOES suck. Although the wait is kind of neat, I just wish what I was waiting for would be a little more fulfilling. It seems what I am watching right now (ggo) is just every episode building up cliffhangers every time xD

Denki-gai no Honya-san is a very funny series, hopefully funny enough to replace the hole from Gekkan Shoujo.

Also time for some Selector Spread WiXOSS, that darkness, I find it very enjoyable. I think I like it even more than Madoka Magica.
