So where we're you those 2 weeks stefan kept asking someone to gani the mech? I've already listed what I did. "pr work once in a while" I was the only person on most nights from 12pm-6am my time, so again, you don't even know what I did Pr wise seeing as you were never on RC.
Ohhh not to mention the unreleased furniture shop in which I made new furniture for that didn't get around to being released.
Oh and using the limited script knowledge I have to make some out of the moment events to keep people entertained. You act like my events were just hide and seek lmao.
You were always annoyed with my title "Developer" because I don't do other development fields that often. Then when I got a new title you just continued you're complaining.
Still waiting for you to do two college courses and still be as active and involved as I was.
Ah and, lol at the no response to the fact Stefan didn't promote me. Really. Learn what you're talking about first. Most of the crap you're saying is BS.

I would also like to point out that Codein is a good member to the scripting team, just a horrible manager. He simply cannot handle the public relation side of it.

James was actually a great manager. And it's not like he abandoned the public, the staff team barely heard from him. He had real life issues and probably still does have them, that needed to be taken care of. Pre launch he was very involved in the community. Post launch as well, playing with players, seeing what needed to be fixed. But real life takes priority sometimes.

Ohwell, im done now, i've made my points and have no more to say seeing as though jesters probably just going to repeat himself again. This is an example of what happened whenever people made suggestions, jester never agrees, says what your saying is BS, and always wanting the "last laugh".
Goodday sirs and madams~

He isn't a great manager at all, Pre launch he wasn't really involved with the community. I barely saw him interacting with anyone on these forums and always had a mouth piece talk for him. Zone PC was bahmutsteveff, on here I believe it was you. I'm not saying he was lazy or anything, just on the public side of being a manager he sucked.

He should probably quit Graal all together if he's having real life issues, again.

Why are you avoiding the main question in that post? Where were you when Stefan was wanting that mech gani'd?

I was more involved than most ya, but I wouldn't say James was never involved with the forums.

some examples of his threads pertaining to zone. He also started a squad just to be able to see what players saw and get involved that way. He had a lot of plans and it sucks that he did end up going inactive. Zone would have played out differently I recon.

The only thing stefan asked me to gani was guns from zone which was on one occasion. Finished that in 20minutes and nothing was asked from him since. Had he asked me that i would have been glad to as it sounds like it would have been fun

GlazeyB 03-07-2013 10:37 PM

I said he barely interacted, he was the same way on Zone PC.

I don't believe it would of turned out any different than it did. They keep putting the wrong people in charge.

Stefan was asking if anyone would gani the mech, were you waiting for him to ask you directly?

Okay. I think we all agree that every member of iZone's Staff Team has their shortcomings.
But then again, every staff team does.
A fully functional staff team can only be realized after months, even years of working hand in hand to achieve a common goal.
A fully functional staff team forges weak links stronger instead of cutting them.
And this can only truly be achieved if all staff on said team feel comfortable and relaxed with each other.

iZone staff hasn't built that relationship obviously.
And until they do, there will always be one problem or another.

These were what i worked on and then ganied by myself, and most likely would have been implemented if i had my way:

Dat iPad photo editor. What's it called?
(Offtopic. We all need a break from arguments)

It was rare when jester hosted events, but when he did the prizes were actually worth playing for. He would host like 5k gralats and sweet hats. Unlike everyone else hosting a meesly 150 gralats.

Jethrow 03-09-2013 12:30 AM

Well, maybe if the staff listened to the players ideas instead of ignoring them, MAYBE WE WOULD BE SATISFIED. And telling us about an update 1 week before it happens doesnt help either, dont get us hype like that. And something else, the basing on this game is horrible, i mean u got choros and iricia which are probably WAY to big. And there is never an equal amount of squads holding bases. Its always 1 squad holdin all bases which annoys the f out of me. Improve the bases, listen to players, DO MORE EVENTS, quit firing staff, change the landscape of zone, quit hiring immature admins who can get along and not argue 24/7 (Jester and Nico) and maybe, just maybe, YOU WILL GET MORE PLAYERS. :).... And one more thing, maybe make a cool hat for people who have certain amount of kills or spar wins to keep people occupied while you guys improve the game! And your event prizes are horrible, the only admin i respect is PerfectDark because he actually does events and replies to help! u noob admins... now im done :)

The Death of iZone

It's dying. This statement can be proven here:
http://statistics.graal.us/server/show/1770
> Last Month

So, how do we avoid this death? I think it's pretty much inevitable now. There's not really much iZone can do that they already have declared they *won't* do to revive their playercount. Their playercount hasn't been the biggest number even in higher spurs, yet at least it was still something.

Do you, the players, have any further ideas on how iZone can keep itself running? Note: try not to request already rejected ideas, as it's just a waste of space.

We have much planned for the future. Don't think we're not going to make it.

It'll drop dead anyway when Delteria's released.
