But I think it's safe to say that the iEra Staff involved in this know what they need better than the players uninvolved.

and again, i repeat, almost every staff on iEra reviewed over Mizzy looking at both her personal and professional ethics.

pure curiosity, how do you know? and I am not saying you are wrong, but you cannot say there was no bias nor favoritism here.

i wasnt popular on iEra when i got hired at all, i had no contacts with staff (layerd knew me a little bit) and randomly emailed snk about the job, and i got it right away.

its not the whole staff team. ace (the current gani admin) hired her. its not up to the whole staff team when someone is hired.

personally i mostly dont care who is hired and why (except they are known as a stupid bitch), in the end i just care how they act like during their staff time

I trust the mature opinions of Snk, Reno, and the other older staff that aren't young enough to fall for the pixelated charms of a 13 yr old girl. :)

As you've said yourself, "favoritism" plays a role. That it does. But favoritism doesn't necessarily always come in a positive outlook on the hiring process.

If even just 2-3 staff strongly disagree, I'm sure this thread would not have existed. Regardless, the actual action of hiring is done by the Gani Admin.

Ace brought Mizzy to the iEra Staff team's attention when he thought she was ready to handle the job, and he asked for any inputs regarding her behavior/skills before hiring her. Unfortunately, most staff did not know her on a more personal level, so there wasn't much to say about that. Her abilities were made know to us however, as we've known Ace had been training her for quite some time.

And on another note, yes Ace is free to hire whoever he likes, but he does not always have the final say. Snk puts lots of trust into the head of each development branch and does not throw his weight around.

If it turns out that she is a 'rotten egg' then she will be dealt with. End of story.
