But it's tough to get a reply from a PRA especially when they're always getting spammed every time they go online.

I want to know what you guys actually did to the staff who abused his/her rights on a few people -I'm sure there's plenty of complaints regarding of the same staff(s) abusing their powers on innocent players.

In the end, we're not the one who suffered the loss. The game will eventually just die out if this tragedy just keeps going on & on till it drops rock bottom.

Not meant to be a cursed but, I'm expecting a 3k playerbase to 1-1.5k in a few years time.
