no, because the server would turn into a giant Frenzy of people spamming you to trade new ugly hats for old cool hats. You wouldn't be able to walk around the map while wearing a cool hat without being spammed to trade for it. It could and probably would be abused, one way people could do this is By grinding 1k hats, they just need a 1k guild, then they give all the hats to Unidentified accounts of theirs, trade for other 1k hats, and then merge the accounts (which I think was mentioned), also it would just take away the fun of having a tower hat, gst hat, event hat or any hat that isn't available because people would just spam and beg you to trade, same goes or mounts, morphs, items, ect..
