Another multi-page thread with misinformation about Alumni, whoooooo!

So, here are Alumni's core members from practically all of our GST wins:

• Thallen
• Dante
• Eko
• MK
• Aguzo
• Sarah
• Mood
• Vlad
• Haze
• Junior

Out of that group, the members who were long-standing members of US:

• Vlad

?!
For anyone to attribute any of Alumni's success back to US is very confused.

I won a GST with US and left the guild when I saw Rufus gone from the roster.
Shannon has been in the guild forever and has won a lot with us from a sub spot.
Ares showed up randomly for a GST and asked if he could play (in a GST where we definitely would have still won with Aguzo in his spot).

Other than that, there are no traces of US in our winning GST rosters.

I didn't read the whole thread, but saw glimpses of the "ALUMNI STOLED FROM US" conversation. Whoever started that conversation is incorrect for the following reasons:

1. Rufus had hinted that he was done leading the guild after our 10th win, and we even went on to win 11 kind of spontaneously - after that point, he really seemed over it
2. After some period of US being inactive, leadership was then passed to Deophite
3. Not a single member of Alumni who was a member of US will note being "stolen" from the guild

Our PC side of US was always inactive from the point that I joined the guild. After US won 10, I decided I wanted to try and be around people that were playing actively. I had lost 2 GSTs with US and I thought it might help if I surrounded myself with some people who came online and practiced a little more, because it was around that time that teams like Mother were getting strong. So, I made Alumni.

Alumni functioned as a guild for many months before I even allowed the guild to enter the GST. I conceded all that time to being with US, because I had respect for Rufus and didn't want to step on his toes while US was still participating. I was leading Alumni as a guild but entered GSTs with US. Then, after our 11th win, I decided to commit fully to Alumni, so I did that.

In conclusion, there's no reason to draw parallels between Alumni and US.
Vlad is the only former US member who has contributed as a core (unless you really want to count me), and Shannon is the only US member to contribute as a sub. I'm happy that Alumni was able to help both of them reach the most GST wins for their respective devices.

And some other enguard members. I'm probably missing some people too. I don't really care about the PC part but I felt like listing it up. Comyt was on the wish-list too, because I remember you saying he was the best idevice sparrer on the game. Nearly everyone in that list went inactive or got kicked out for never wearing tag (like me) because I thought the guild chat was pretty lame. And I don't think Vlad matters much either, because all he did in US was get carried by the rest of the team after he caused US to lose twice due to his insane lag, so I think he fits in Alumni better because of that. But he was US so he needs to be listed up too.

The team was Vlad, Sarah, Mood, GreenArrow, and you. Haze and Yui were subs. You guys got dumpstered by Legends. You made the excuse that you were sparring in a car with mommy or something, remember? Prado has never even been in a GST with Alumni. Ares was not even active during that GST.

After that GST, GreenArrow left and pretty much quit playing Graal.
By that time, you had turned into this distanced, whiny brat who did nothing but make statuses about how you missed US and did nothing but complain about how everyone lags now, so I removed you from the guild - no one wants to be surrounded by that. We've been doing great ever since!

Not sure what point you're trying to prove or why you're talking down to Vlad either... Vlad has done great in every GST with Alumni: 2 wins and a second place finish for him.
What have you done? You joined Memory (essentially Sage) and talked a bunch of trash, then got beaten by an Alumni team that didn't even have Sarah or Abood. Then, just recently, you made some other temporary team (again, a mask for Sage) that lost to who? I don't even know.

For you to say that Vlad got carried in US is a joke when you've done absolutely nothing but whine and complain ever since that guild stopped functioning. Vlad spends his limited time on Graal winning and talking with his friends. You spend your time on Graal losing and worrying about others. How can you talk down on him?

I think US left you with major abandonment issues. I know you'll send this thread to Comyt for desperate backup (which I won't even bother reading since he's on the ol' ignore list), and I feel it's the same for him. Both of you turned into depressive babies after US. Move on and quit worrying about others. You seem unhappy, IDK.

Well, after I had started taking Alumni more seriously after US's last GST win, Snow (one of Comyt's friends) and I started talking pretty actively. He asked me why Comyt was not in Alumni. I told him I never asked Comyt to join. He asked me why, and I said because I don't know him very well. He told me he would talk to Comyt. I wasn't really sure what that meant by that and didn't bother with it. I think that ended up as him basically going to Comyt and claiming that I had wanted him to join the guild, which wasn't (and definitely still isn't) true.

I'd never even said or done a single bad thing to Comyt, but he developed some deranged hatred towards me. Kouji seems to have become the same way. The difference is I was always very nice and welcoming towards Kouji. Never really paid attention to Comyt. I'm pretty sure neither of them can actually explain why they dislike me. I'm not entirely sure what caused them to become that way.

Dumb that this thread veered into a direction that has personalized it about Alumni and US, but oh well.

vDragz is participating, they seem like a pretty balanced team so I am sure we will some competition with them. WAR seems pretty good as well, although hard to tell just based off of the GS leader boards since it's pretty easy to get high ranked.

I don't think theres anything wrong with doing GST with my friends either, I'd rather lose with them than win with a bunch of foreign people who type like they're using google translate. Remember when you mentioned in a thread that you didn't consider Yui for a top 10 list, because of her natural jap delay? Remember when you PMed me crying about Unique and his SNC crew, which were fake-lagging in guild spar? Your guild is exactly the same as the 2 cases above (as everyone already agrees, except for your own members). Major hypocrite man.

And I don't think you should type a bunch of crap here like you know what went on before you even played iclassic. I was actually here while you were busy sexually harassing underage girls, asking them to show you their private genitals (which aren't even developed at that age yet) just so you could send them to their parents and school, and force them to quit the game. IDK why I'm arguing with someone who has done stuff like this before.. gg

in response to "i'd never even said or done a single bad thing to comyt" and the last two sentences i quoted: this is basicallly how it happened to refresh your memory. i was just chilling, dominating graal, and bragging all the time annoying people which was a lot of fun. then you come through these wack forums and start calling me a "manbaby" (worst insult ever btw) while trying to build a name for yourself because let's be honest, nobody knew who you were. we had top 10 sparrer threads and you were all like "i laughed!!!" in them trying to brag about yourself when nobody would care to type your name. it was tearing you apart. so naturally after you came at me, seeking some sort of relevance, for being the top sparrer with some complaining issues and all, i had to respond since i am undefeated in these online arguments and get a thrill out of them. this part was really easy since let's face it, you have so much wrong with you compared to the average graalian. then of course after my insults, you became filled with rage (as my insults tend to do to people) and continued (bad choice). you started this. i'm finishing it.

in response to "never really paid attention to comyt" part: wtf??? how can you even type this? youd seriously go through these threads challenging every single thing i said (and losing every time) and you continue to read every single post i make even when you have me on an ignore list which you never fail to mention every single time my posts come up as a topic here. go ahead and search the keyword "comyt," half of the times i was mentioned, it was by you. not paying attention to me? please, you're practically obsessed with me. you can't take having a more popular internet dude with more accomplishments and more respect in the spar community than you.

in response to the "OMG COMIT KEPS MAKN NEW SAGE TEMS" part, uh... still... no. if i wanted to make a sage team, it would be on the sage tag. i have no reason not to do this, i am not scared of losing a gst in the name of sage, i am not as obsessed with graal as you are. a sage team right now would have to contain the dream: containing any 7 member combination from this list: me, tae, yurhomi, kouji, haze, roxas, noss, blake, klayton, eddy, shiden. this has never been possible with bans and such and just me being lazy overall so there hasn't been a sage team. memory was talbourns guild, not mine, i didn't have a recruit power or anything. perhaps he just realized that my sage members didn't have a team and were the best sparrers in graal (that's why i recruited them?!? hello?!?) so he put some of them in. and this whole "next gst i participated in being another sage," hell no. that was qes' guild, i don't even know what it was called anymore. i couldn't even name you four members on it, as i was insanely inactive and enjoying college life. i came online for seriously one match, failed horribly because i was on LTE in freezing cold weather since yurhomi requested my presence, then went offline, not caring about the result at all. this is sage? no. sage would not have qes. sage would not have whoever the other members were.

u know i kinda miss back in the days either US, Mother or later Alumni dominated spar rooms.
Now I go there, see bunch of whiny trashy statistic boosted kids that runs the whole time and wall.
They lag/freeze by themselves and when I beat them they call me a hacker. Later ask me for a free win like wtbs.
I would rather have u or whoever f that's good at sparring bragging the whole time and destroy everyone in spar and shut them up.

There's some people out there boost from side rooms and ask me to record for pro spar series. I do that, they take 3-4 minute to beat me by .5 and ask me to upload that. smh

I have never seen thallen so defeated, in all honesty its quite entertaining but also sad.
On the entertaining part, in a way comyt was right, the only people Ive seen in Alumni are some US members some random girls (not sarah) and his close friends and family otherwise he'd ignore you. I'm also told by a lot of players that he recruits almost any girl that he's attracted to(not saying its true). On the sad note, Thallen is a cool guy but the ignore factor kinda sh*ts on it all. You could seriously have the best score or be the coolest person and he'd ignore you unless he needed you for a certain thing. I'm not taking sides nor am I blasting him but this has been on my mind for a good time. I never really say crap about sparrers because I honestly think I need to develop better skills, 7k-3k aint enough, and I'm still trying to experience harder spars against the best of the best, and I will thank Thallen for facing me those few times and helping me reach that goal. Although I'm still treated like a lesser being by most alumni members lol.

Livid, no one is lesser than anyone, and people are sometimes just busy, and don't have time to respond. You shouldn't get upset about people ignoring you if you did nothing wrong.

Kouji, you shouldn't talk trash about things that are just rumors, and have no actual proof. In every game where someone is really good, people will make up anything to bring them down. You do seem to be a bit of a mean person though, I saw you talking with eddy about rufus being gey or something and "talbourn arguements", making fun of your leader... not cool.

Comyt, I haven't checked, but I'm sure you talk about thallen a lot too, especially in game. Sadly the only reason your name is ever mentioned in alumni chat is mostly because you start talking trash about thallen in chat or your status, and thallen never notices, until someone else lets him know.

I wish everyone would just get along. This game doesn't need gossip, nor trash talk. You should all just smile, and have fun. This game won't last forever, make it worth-while. Don't spend your time bragging about how good you supposedly are, show it, perform. :)

I understand that, but believe it or not there are only a few people in alumni that respond in no time regardless of what their up to like nona, david, vlad, colossus, winter and yes you but the rest completely ignore players that arent important. The last time thallen actually even saw me was when I helped his old guild, otherwise dude does not care wether you exist or not. Thallen may be busy most of the time I understand that but not once have I seen anyone besides his close friends, and family say thallen talks or responds etc. I don't mind being ignored dont get me wrong but the dude acts superior and so do other alumni members.
