@Colin (pg1): Toonslab is not a place to complain about game staff. The only person who would do anything is Axel or Xor, and they dont handle Toonslab tickets.

@Axel's first post: The thing is, they were both on their staff accounts (just werent wearing (Graal Police) tag).

It still gets to them, they replied to both tickets I've sent about staff not doing their jobs thanking me for the report and telling me that they would take action but they would not reply back on what the punishment was or anything(guess it is between them and the GP)

The people that handle them are high ranked staff members so they obviously communicate with the others.

Interesting, last time i complained about staff in a toonslab ticket, the response was i should contact xor.

anyway, they dont exactly need to be "punished," its just new GPs need to be taught how to identify people who are breaking rules right in front of them.

I think it'd be smarter to prevent that damage before it actually happens. And its speed hacking, we cant presume they have the ability to return after being banned. Its what the GP's are supposed to do, ban the hackers, keep the game fun and safe etc.

Who the hell needs experience to know to ban a hacker? You say the job of a PR is to make sure the game is enjoyable for the public, would that not include dealing with someone who is tampering with a major entertainment point for the game? Lol

You can train someone to be more aware. As long as the GP's intentions are good, you can expect him to be performing adequately by the end of cadet period. It's a mistake because they have a desire to better the server, yet didn't perform at a given time. That doesn't abstain them from fault though.

No, I pointed to the hypocrisy of his argument. The intent was for him to feel offended by a phrase used here and realize how these posters are disrespectful. Seeing as you came as knight in shining armour to his aid, my point was accomplished.

Also, don't be intimidated by intelligence. At worst, take it as a learning experience.

Please explain to me how any of them were being hypocritical. Maybe if the GPs were complete idiots they would earn respect. It's hard to respect somebody when they haven't proved to be decent at their job. Nothing I said defended anybody, and I don't see how that proves they are disrespectful. Explain this to me.

Anyways, the current set of GP's hasn't really impacted the game since they are new. As of now, I only tend to PM the "veteran" GP's. Hopefully in time these new staff members will be up to par.
