I think this could be solved an alternative way. Make the feedback system automatically send you a short message letting you know that your Feedback was viewed by a staff, and possibly what is being done (if anything) or if more clarification is required.

Something like this could be useful for submissions as well (to beat a dead horse).

Just like... 10-15 words from an actual human being letting you know that something is being done or what you need to do to fix the problem... it would make all the difference.

An in-game non-player FAQ would be awesome too.
Known issues and such... this might lessen the load on the unpaid volunteer question answerers.
