Yes, you will be taught how to use RC on the job.

Some staff accounts may be equipped with tools such as toggling collision detection ("boots") and visibility ("stealth"), however these are never available for player accounts belonging to staff and should be used when necessary only during work. Therefore they should not be considered "special powers" or advantages to being staff.
